E-MAIL PRIVACY: Your email address will only be used within The Luzerne Foundation. The Luzerne Foundation does not share, sell or rent e-mail addresses to anyone outside the organization. At this time, The Luzerne Foundation does not use its website for E-Commerce for Conference Registration/Publications or Sales. At the time this area is incorporated in our daily practices, we will update this portion of the privacy policy as noted above. However, it should be noted The Luzerne Foundation does use its website to communicate Foundation News and may contain some commentary from outside sources which would appropriately be disclosed on the site.

SURVEYS: At this time, The Luzerne Foundation does not use its website for surveys. At the time this area is incorporated in our daily practices, we will update this portion of the privacy policy as noted above.

SECURITY: This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under The Luzerne Foundation’s control.

MINORS: At this time, the site is not yet set up to receive personal information from minors for Scholarship Applications. When the time arises The Luzerne Foundation begins to receive Scholarship Applications online, The Luzerne Foundation will then include those steps as they relate to COPPA. We do not collect or maintain information from those we know are younger than age 13, and no part of our Web site is designed to attract anyone under 13.
