The Luzerne Foundation and David Pedri established the Closing Cases Fund to raise public awareness and augment financial support for local law enforcement agencies. The Fund’s purpose is to bring closure to cold cases and resolve for the victim’s loved ones, particularly those involving homicide, missing persons, unidentified bodies, sexual assaults, etc. These services include case review, victimology, behavioral profiling, forensic testing, forensic consultation, interview techniques, and other investigative support measures.
