Established in honor and memory of Virginia M. and Robert C. Hopkins, this fund provides annual scholarships to qualified graduating high school seniors from any high school who have participated in or received services from any program or service of Children’s Service Center (CSC) or Robinson Counseling Center (RCC). Eligibility Criteria:
- hard-working, producing to the best of his/her academic ability
- plans to enroll (or enrolled) as an undergraduate in an accredited two or four-year college/university or trade school as a full-time student
- participated in one or more services at CSC/RCC
- must show service given back to the community
