Phyllis Mundy served 24 years in the PA House of Representatives and continues to be a strong advocate for the children of Pennsylvania. Established through The Luzerne Foundation, this fund will greatly benefit our region’s youth as well as honor Phyllis’ compassion, care and commitment to our community.
