This fund will be used for financial assistance to ongoing programs, services and administration of the Osterhout Free Library, Wilkes-Barre. The Osterhout Free Library provides materials and services to all residents of Luzerne County, enabling them to obtain information, free of charge, for their personal, educational, recreational and professional needs. The Library was established by Isaac Osterhout in 1889 and serves over 200,000 visitors each year. Visit Osterhout Free Library
