The Cultural Council of Luzerne County is the local arts agency working to promote awareness of and provide support services to arts, cultural and related educational programs in Luzerne County. The Cultural Council is a nonprofit arts advocacy organization that functions as an umbrella agency in support of individuals and arts organizations in our region. The Council programs regional public projects, educational programs, and also represents a unified voice for the arts in the community at large.
