This scholarship was opened by the DeAngelis and Panagiotidis families in honor of Tommy, who passed away May 20, 2009 in an auto accident. This scholarship is open to graduates of Wyoming Valley West & West Side CTC students, who have overcome or are enduring a hardship or disability. The main sponsor this year, Kulak Agency.
