October is Millennium Circle Month

This is a busy time of the year for Millennium Circle Members. Do you know of a deserving nonprofit organization? Nominate them for a Millennium Circle Grant! As a Millennium Circle member you may nominate any nonprofit organization for this years grant. The form is easy to complete and you are welcome to ask the nonprofit to assist in the process. Just click here for a nomination form, complete it and return it to The Luzerne Foundation by October 1st. The Grants committee will review all nominations and select 4-6 nonprofits as finalists. The finalists will present their requests at the Annual Luncheon.

Speaking of the Annual Luncheon, mark your calendar for Tuesday October 27th. Join us at Genetti’s in Wilkes-Barre at noon as we celebrate another Millennium Circle year, view the Care & Concern video (last years grant recipient) and hear from the finalists. Then cast your vote to decide who will receive at least $20,000 in a grant for 2009.
