Michael Carlo Book Scholarship Fund
The Fund was established in honor of firefighter Michael Carlo by State Senator John Yudichak at the September 11, 2011 dedication of the Public Safety Training Institute (PSTI) at Luzerne County Community College. Michael Carlo was a firefighter who died on September 11, 2001 in the World Trade Center.
