Hospice Community Care Fund

This Donor Advised Fund was made possible by contributions of family and friends of clients of Hospice Community Care, Kingston, PA in thanks and appreciation for the hospice care of family and loved ones. Grants go to a variety of organizations, particularly those which deal with the health and well being of the youth of Luzerne County.
